At King Palm, we stand behind the quality of our natural leaf products and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused. Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA information inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
